Great value for money, looks good, why spend more?
(5 out of 5) by Joe on Aug 17, 2008 (England)Seems silly to be reviewing a TV stand, but when you look at how much some cost, this is half the price of other comparable stands on Amazon and 1/4 what you can pay on the high street. Easy to assemble, solid build. It came well packed, a small panic when 4 nuts on the component list appeared to be missing but they turned out to be already screwed on.
I have it supporting a 32 inch widescreen LCD, which over hangs by about 2 inches or so on each side, which is fine, but probably anything larger would look out of place.

Terrific value
(5 out of 5) by C. M. French on Feb 7, 2009I needed to tidy up my collection of AV equipment lying on the floor, namely a PS3 & a very heavy amplifier weighing in at 23kg or 51 lbs.
A lot of the glass stands I looked at would not handle that kind of weight, however the Techlink DAIS does. It arrived almost immediately & it is extremely well designed/engineered/manufactured & packaged. It was also a doddle & quick to assemble. Once assembled it looks the business. Only possible negative comment is that my amplifier, if placed on the bottom shelf cannot be slid far enough back so that the front of the amp. is aligned with the front of the glass shelf above. Reason for this is that the positioning of the 2 rear legs prevent you from being able to push an amp. all the way to the back of the glass shelf. Apart from this minor irritation it's great. I suppose you could always move the amp to the top shelf to avoid the rear legs getting in the way, but that just looks odd and top heavy from an aesthetic point of view.

Techlink DAIS - LCD & Plasma Glass TV Stand
(5 out of 5) by C. Tylee on Feb 27, 2009I wanted a clear glass TV stand to set in a corner with a french window on one side. This item fitted the bill exactly, also it was extremely easy to assemble and quite elegant. The price was very reasonable and the service quick. I recommend this item.

Excellent value for money
(4 out of 5) by Ellie on Mar 16, 2009 (West Yorkshire, UK)This is an excellent buy for the money, it is compact, sturdy and doesn't take over the room. I have a relatively small room which I dndn't want dominated by a tv or the stand and this is perfect. My 26" tv sits well on it but would take slightly bigger. Easy to assemble which is a big plus when on own!
The reason for only 4 stars is that all the wires go through the rings at the back but you can still see them, however, for the price one can hardly complain.
