Happy customer!

(5 out of 5) by corkonian on May 10, 2008 (London, UK)
Very pleased with this product. Using it for video chat on a Mac.
- USB plug & play works well: device is recognised immediately
- has very useful controls built in to headset: volume up/down & mic mute
- mic boom is rubber which is better than plastic, in my opinion. folds up to vertical position when not in use which is also useful
- the audio quality is very clear in audio/video chats for myself & the other participants
- lastly, the headset is light & comfortable, although the earphones could be a little bigger

Highly recommended!

A nice headset with only a few niggles.

(4 out of 5) by L. Weller on May 17, 2009 (UK)
First of all this is a very nice headset, both sound from the headphones and microphone is top notch, there's only a couple fault to this product that stop it from getting a perfect rating.

The Positives
- Good build quality, feels nicely put together and look modern and stylish
- Audio quality is good, the headset is designed for calls so as you can imagine the its perfect for skype, not so great for listening to music but still much better than laptop speakers
- Speech is clear and precise, the people on the other end of the line said that they could here me perfectly, much better than cheaper headsets
- Ear pads are comfortable and don't get too hot, I found it was suitable for extended periods of use
- Adjustable so it will fit even the biggest head ;)

The Negatives
- Although it is adjustable it feels loose and therefore any sudden movement of your head are likely to shake the headset off
- USB only so cannot be use with music players or any other devices

So for a decent mid-range headset it is hard to find a better one than this one. So unless you're planning to dance around in it (and who would) then this is one of the best headsets around.

Poor Quality

(2 out of 5) by 2Antarctica on Jun 7, 2008 (Dorset, England)
I bought the Logitech Clear Chat Pro USB to work with Dragon Speech recognition software on my PC. Unfortunately, the microphone quality is so poor that it failed the software's own test of acceptable quality. The audio is not great either.

Having the controls of volume, mute etc on the earpiece is a nice design feature, but good design alone is not enough. If you want good sound quality, choose a model higher up the range.

Great Piece of Kit

(5 out of 5) by Mr. O. Davies on Mar 15, 2009 (Devon,GB)
When I bought the product it arrived in 2 days with free delivery which I thought was great.

I use this product mainly to fly on the Flight Simulator VATSIM network were you need a decent headset. I plugged it in, and Vista very quickly, recognised it.

Pro's:
- Easy To Use
- Microphone & Headphones have very good sound quality
- Fold up mic boom for easy storage
- Extremely good build quality
- Stylish
- Good controls to change volume on the earpiece
- Adjustable

Con's
- The only one I can think of is after a long period of me using them my
ears start to hurt. I think this is because they are new and grip my head
very firmly

Overall this is a fantasic headset to use, I would reccomend this to anyone !

Clear, Chat

(4 out of 5) by Mr. A. C. Evans on Sep 30, 2008 (gibraltar)
This product is a perfect headset for gamers or skype callers. It is clear and better than the Logitech 250 and 350.
