So far, the drive has performed perfectly. It has withstood several repartitions with no problems. The big bonus with this drive is that it contains Apple firmware, I believe. It seems robust and easy to use in my Apple G5.

I had a problem with lack of storage my largest drive was 160gig. I'm a designer and picture files can be huge, plus clients expect you to keep their files for them. This drive was a great addition, installed like a dream and terrific value for money. I seem to remember paying as much for a 1gig drive a few years (ok quite a few) back!
