HR 10 DVD Camcorder

Mar 12, 2008 - By G. Wade (England)

I got this camcorder and a kit with a DVD,battery and softcase for £349.00. The picture quality from this machine is superb. My advice get one now while they are at this price I will use this as a spare or for my kids to use. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the disc takes a while to initialise and finalise. You will also need AVCHD editing software to edit on a PC. Well built and easy to use a bargain at this price.

Ideal for the beginner to the pro

May 21, 2008 - By Mr. J. Van Rheede

This little camcorder is remarkable and packed with amazing features. It takes little effort to use and fits perfectly in the palm of your hand. Whilst the manual is very detailed. little reading will be necessary unless you want the full benefit. Its functions are easy to understand and the software easy to install.......... 10/10 - J H van Rheede

100% Delighted

May 27, 2008 - By Tommy G (Glasgow, UK)

After a long search for dvd Camcorder I decided on the Canon HR10 - Perfect choice, it is very user friendly, compact and light.
The quality is fantastic, recording straight onto dvd, perfect!
I have used both dvd and camera functions, the quality of the still pics is fantastic! Load the dvd, shoot, finalize and play on your dvd player - simple.
Built in flash and video light, records onto dvd and sd card, it has a huge amount of features you can use, battery life is pretty good.
I would give the HR10 10 out of 10!
