Nice neat compact printer, ideal for making postcards, snapshots and for previewing your pictures...canon colours are excellent on the whole this printer is good value for money.

The printer arrived in an oversize box, which puzzled me until I realised it had been part of a camera/printer bundle. Tip to the seller - do pack out the space left by the camera as the contents were rattling around alarmingly. The only other gripe - there were only 4 sheets of paper in the starter pack instead of 5. However the printer does exactly what it says in the advert. Nice, clear (albeit a little dark for my taste)and beautifully sharp prints, and a nice touch to be able to make my own postcards to send to friends. But then I like showing off! As well as printing from memory cards (so you can take it on holiday and print photos you've taken that very day) it also works like a conventional printer using a computer, so you can design postcards using something like Publisher, giving it a title or a compilation of several photos, and really show off to your friends! The instruction book doesn't make that clear.

By the way, do the mains adaptors really have to be so bulky? My netbook has a really lightweight mains cable. The manufacturers of these little portable devices should follow suit!

I had recent bought one of these printers to replace the Kodak easyshare docking printer.It has become difficult to buy a photo printer that isn`nt a scanner/photocopier/printer as most manufacturers steer you towards the larger units.The canon is very compact and the quality of print is as good as the kodak.The paper comes is 36`s !! Still it is not too expensive.This model will take SD memory cards but not Micro Sd. If you simply want the printer then check the sellers. Some of them had the sets of cameras & printers and the prices vary.I was so pleased with the printer that i bought a used dispaly model that arrived in mint condition within 3 days.if you just want a small photo printer then get this or its larger version cp760.

A good printer to download hard copy of your photos. Able to print direct from camera is a definite advantage, the option to share photos with friends not on the internet, and especially when on a weekend away with friends.

Super little printer if you want a few nice copies.
