Pioneer DV400VK DVD Player in Black

(5 out of 5) by ciderman on Mar 6, 2008 (swindon, uk)
Only had this a day but so far plays everything chucked at it. DivX plays well with no stuttering - even old tv rips. The USB works well with a stick even with multiple files on it, need to try it with a FAT32 external drive but see no reason why it shouldn't work just as well. GUI is fine to use and not over-complicated. Jpg discs work ok. Upscaling looks good on my Sony KDL 32S3000 and its quick and easy to change the resolution if you need to. There is a coaxial connection for DTS but no optical even though the spec says there is. Overall a really good player for the money and the only one out of four different ones I've tried that plays DivX properly.
