Sky remote control

This is not the Sky Plus remote you will need a Sky 110 remote for Sky+.

Perfect replacement
(5 out of 5) by B. M. Clegg on Jul 18, 2007 (Wiltshire, England)You can quibble about how good (or not) the Sky+ remote is - but that's not the point. This is a proper Sky+ remote at a fraction of the cost of buying one in other shops, delivered quickly and doing the job. Excellent.

Batteries last longer than the remote

1st one lasted all of 2 weeks.
2nd one lasted just over 2 months.
I am now tryig to arrange another replacement. BUYER beware!

Defective item

Good enough, but should be getting smaller............

Don't get me wrong; these remotes are well laid out, easy to use, colour coded, and have big buttons. All good. But when I have an IPOD Nano, and a new CD sound system, which are both tiny compared to systems of a year or two ago, I wonder why this remote has not changed since the 1990's.
I think there is plenty of scope to make it smaller and lighter,and make it better all round.
