Seriously... AVIOD and Im not even joking..
Seriously now.. Out of all the things I buy on amazon, I think I have only written 1 or 2 reviews but because this phone is so bad, I'm writing another.
I needed a new phone as I had lost my trusty motorola V600 which I had for 5-6 years so went into the T mobile store to buy this one. The looks of it just caught my eye and the touch sensitive buttons wern't really that much of a problem to me as I have quite small hands (I'm 17 years old), but I did accidently call a few people up by accident with it and quickly had to hang up before they picked up the phone which I guess is a big issue but I just learnt to be slightly more careful when using the phone.
..Now, onto the biggest concern - It's slimness and flex. After purcashing this phone the screen broke within 2 months use so I took it back to the T mobile store where I purchased it from and they repaired it for free; I had to wait over 3 weeks for this to be done though and was stuck with an ancient replacement phone. Once I had it back, the screen broke AGAIN, yes AGAIN, and this time I was refused repair so in the end I had to buy a new phone.
I bought a new sony ericsson from the Carphone Warehouse and asked them about the samsung and they basically said aviod it at all costs because as you can see, the green just flexs' and cracks, despite careful use.
All in all, this phone has taken £99 out of my pocket which I'm not happy about at all as I am a student. From now on, I am going to avoid samsung mobiles at all costs and stick to either sony ericssons or nokias.

Not good
Got this phone a few days ago and really don't like it. Went back to my old Sony Ericsson Z530i. Texting on the Samsung U600 was a real pain, ultra sensitive buttons, annoying. Never ever buying a Samsumg mobile again

Samsung U600 - poorly thought out user interface
I bought this phone as it had a reasonable spec' (on paper), it looked good and was reasonably priced compared with SonyEricssons and Nokia of similar spec'
Pros
Looks good
Nice looking menus
Nice slide action
Cons
Camera is poor
Buttons not intuitive
Menus/interface not intuitive
Touch sensitive buttons keep being touched accidently
Volume button directly below camera button makes it awkard taking photo's
Poorly thought out menus, layout, customisation
This is just a poorly thought out phone - I will be going back to SonyEriccson or Nokia and will never stray again. Your get what you pay for...
