Reasonable drive, great price.
I've been using the 2gb cruzer titanium since it came out and it's a wonderful product. Unfortunately I needed a 4gb model and this was so much cheaper than the titanium one. The build quality is simply not comparable and it's meant to be a little slower (can't say I've been able to tell). Dimensions are identical to the titanium model.
If you want a simple USB drive at a great price this is perfect. If you use it regularly or need a better quality device, get the titanium model. With regards to the end not being covered, that doesn't make any difference. I've carried these around in my pockets every day for at least 6 months without any problems at all.

Great Value!
This is a great value flash drive considering you are getting 4GB of space. Its mini and compact and the slider is smooth and alot better than a cap in my opinion. The reason why I didn't give it a 5 star is because of the 'U3' software that comes with it. The software is totally pointless and annoying. I opened up the U3 launchpad and accidentally pressed on skype...this installed an old version of skype which replaced my new version meaning I had to reinstall the new version! :( After this I uninstalled the U3 and got rid of all the files already on the flash drive taking up space! Overall this is a great value product, unfortunately it had to have all the crappy software on it...

ReadyBoost Ready
I`m using this as a ReadyBoost device in Vista x64 Ultimate with 4Gb DDR2 RAM OC`d to 880Mhz (800 stock) and can notice an improvement even on my rig. Transfer rates are superb ... I transferred ca. 1Gb of MP3s from a RAID striped HDD in well under 2 minutes to the device, no problems there neither.
Would have give 5 stars but for me, the orange light indicating device active (it blinks loads when under use) is a bit too bright, though obviously wouldn`t be a problem if I moved it to the rear of my tower rather than in to one of the front ports. I do however love the retractable plug. Man, many of protective caps have gone missing in my house! Neat idea. Included software may be of some use to some, wasn`t for me but it does no harm to stay there (U3 software is autorun if you double click on icon under Removable Storage list under My Computer but right click the icon in taskbar and uncheck autorun option). If you want to view software, right click and choose Explore option. :) This is a USB 2.0 device. PCs built in say the last 4 years will almost deffo be 2.0 compliant. Will work on older PCs and older operating systems but buying this would be overkill for such ... then again, for fifteen quid, how cares? :D

Sandisk Cruzer Micro U3 4Gb Readyboost
I purchased the Cruzer Micro for transferring documents between my desktop PC at work and my laptop running Windows Vista.
It loaded up straight away on my PC running XP at work but would not work with my laptop.
To get round this I deleted all the pre loaded software off the Cruzer Micro and it now works fine with Vista no problem.
I did have to remove the software on a non Vista machine though :(
