All good. Delivery (Speed of and Packaging) and item was perfect, exactly as described too.
perfect for the keyring
I got 2 of these for my teenage kids after they got through 4 of the normal type memory sticks i.e. the ones that cover the USB plug with a cover of some sort. The kids kept breaking the ends off or loosing them. The fact that these retract this fragile end piece when not in use is great and this also means they are more suitable to putting on a key ring so they are less likely to be lost. The product feels and looks well built and apparently is officially "cool". The end piece extends and locks into position ready to be inseted in the USB port and is a solid fit once inserted. The built in light is a bit "in your face" but at least you know it is working.
So far so good.

Skype
Plugged this in only to find that Skype was not pre-loaded. This was the only reason I had bought this so I returned it immediately. Very annoying.
Sandisk Cruzer U3 Micro 2GB
Excellent quality product. The retractable USB plug does away with lost plastic covers. The 2GB format is ideal for use in car audio which has USB plug in socket for MP3 etc. It allows to have more than one unit being used at any time without the high cost of 4, 8 or 16 GB units which would not be used to full capacity.
The U3 format also makes very useful for PC use.

Nice design with a small flaw
I was looking for a medium speed flash drive without cap. The Cruzer Micro was, overall, the right choice. The only small flaw I found: You can retract the USB connector into the stick, kind of eliminating the need for an extra cap. However: The connector is unprotected, and dust, breadcrumbs, whatever is in your pocket can still collect in the connector. The dust will then also go onto the USB connector of the PC, spreading the pain.
I did a qick speed test, with 1.1 GB of data, around 260 images with 3MB each, and a few larger videos.
Write time: 3min 50sec, that gives roughly 5 MB/sec
Read time: 1min 5sec, that is roughly 18 MB/sec
