Great laptop with good features giving you value for money. Fast processor which is Vista capable. Don't be fooled by the bluetooth switch. It doesn't come shipped in this model. Also light for travelling.

Good laptop and decent spec. The processor is nice and fast and there's enough memory and graphics memory to handle sim city 4 easily. I did try to order this computer from another well known online compuer dealer but they let me down by messing up the payment and only being able to deliver it to the cardholders address (i wanted delivered to my work address) so i cancelled. Luckily Amazon have no problem doing this so i ordered it and it arrived in 3 working days. Nice one!

This is an extremely nice looking piece of kit BUT.... it comes with Windows Vista and not XP now and also the bluetooth is imaginery so ignore reference to this. This laptop may well be vista capable but as yet, my personal opinion it is not vista ready and there is a big difference. I had blue screen problems, crashes within 48 hours and graphic card errors by the 100 and was ready to throw it out the window.
Very very impressive to look at, easy to use but stressful if you want it to work without errors and having to restore time after time.. AMD, Vista and ATI Graphics havent quite gelled yet! Hence my reason for returning it and going back to my favourite manufacturer HP, somehwat more expensive but no problems at all.. I maybe be biased as I own several HP products and have never had reason to fault them yet. If you do not want a severe headace... avoid the Acers for the time being.

I have had many dealings with this company, and have always held it in high regard, with no complaint whatsoever. That was until I ordered this item in February. I waited as advised for a delivery at the end of March. This to me at that time was acceptable. At the due date for delivery I was informed that the item would not be delivered for yet another month, or at all! I promptly cancelled the order and purchased the item from another source which gave a delivery by return.
Unfortunately I no longer have any faith in Amazon and will no longer be using their services.

I bought this laptop in May 2007. It is now November 2009. The laptop is now ONLY 32 MONTHS OLD, and is virtually useless. I have a fair amount of technical expertise, and I have tried everything to keep the machine running, however, it's now fit for scrap and not much else. I have been very disappointed and would not buy another Acer product.
