Good product at a great price

(5 out of 5) by Alf Bowers on Feb 7, 2009 (Northampton UK)
Thank you. Good product at a great price. Efficient delivery, well packed. Can't beat plain old good customer service.
As for the earphones. Extremely well made and excellent sounding earphones. My son tried them with his Ipod Nano and bought a pair to replace his Ipod ones. At this price they are also a fantastic buy. Probably need to spend another £25 plus to better them. The white ones also look really cool.

Couldn't ask for a better pair of earphones

I'm a huge fan of Sony when it comes to music, and I recently purchased a new Sony WALKMAN. These earphones came with it and I am very, very impressed.
They block out external sounds and provide a clear crisp output. I have my WALKMAN at around mid-volume level and even when I am sat in a busy area such as a canteen I cannot hear a thing apart from my music.

They are on the expensive side for a pair of earphones but if you desire the best music experience then these shall go great with your WALKMAN/iPod etc.

Great sound, great bass.

I Bought these headphones to replace my old Sony MDR-ED21LP Groove Shaped Earpiece headphones which were good, but after 1 year of using them the right phone broke.
So I decided to go for these.
The bass, sound quality is amazing. From my own personal experience, I feel that the noise cancellation is about 50% of what you can normally hear, but then after you turn on your MP3, you cannot hear anything coming out of peoples mouths, or any other sound!

For this price, and this quality, these headphones are a must buy. There is hardly many other product out there that can match the sound quality of these earphones.

The music quality is good, although I must say, the bass is quite stronger than the treble. In a way that it feels like the treble is neglected almost and the bass is overpowered. To be honest, for this price, you shouldn't be really complaining about that. I personally now have the Sony MDR-EX500LP with Multi Layer Diaphragm (for High Resolution Sound) Which are great sounding.
If your budget is tight then go for these, or else i would suggest paying that extra buck for the MDR-EX 500's

Hope that helps,
Your loud listening Amazon buyer!

Brilliant bass sound

(4 out of 5) by Me on Jan 19, 2009 (London, UK)
I've had many similar Sony headphones (of the in-ear design) but this is by far the best. It is nowhere near as loud as my previous headphones, but these headphones don't need to be because the design blocks out background noise and you can hear everything, specially the bass, very well at any level. The sound quality really is outstanding...

The best headphones i've had

I got these headphones free with my sony mp3 a year ago, and there still going strong! The sound quality is brilliant, and they never fall out of my ears, which all my other headphones have done in the past. At first i didn't like the design, but i soon realised that they are so much better than other in-ear headphones.
