A year on and working well

(5 out of 5) by Vuldoraq on Nov 14, 2009 (UK)
I have had this set for about eighteen months now and have had no reliability issues whatsoever. I use my pc quite heavily, hence the mouse and keyboard have been exposed to plenty of action and no problems have ever arisen. The battery life is also fantastic-I have only had to change the batteries about four times!

The quality of these items is second to none. The mouse fits nicely into your hand and has just the right amount of buttons. The two back/forward buttons are extremely useful, making web browsing much more intuitive. The keyboard has a plethora of function keys for music and video playback and a button to check the batteries (not really needed). The keys aren't soft touch like the newer varieties, so it can be a little noisy when you are typing.

It is worth noting the usable range these have. I can get up to 4 meters away from the detector (which is hidden away under the desk) and it still picks up the signal perfectly. This is extremely useful if you have it hooked up to an XBOX or PS3 when you can be quite distant from the console. Additionaly I have never had any issues with signal pickup and I have wireless networks and consoles etc.

Overall a top quality product that looks great, performs excellently and stands the test of time.

Somewhat disappointed

(2 out of 5) by M. Hart on Oct 7, 2009 (Scotland)
I bought the keyboard and mouse to replace an older one. On opening the box and unpacking it I was excited by its design and apparent improvements. Sadly I have returned to my old one because the keyboard repeatedly failed to keep up with my typing and would miss letters and sometimes whole words.
I followed all the advice on the website, reinstalled the software and reconnected the device but it simply fails to pick up a signal if anything else is happening on my PC. Even my mobile phone checking in from 10 yards away stops the keyboard working.
Not great ...

Wireless at last

(5 out of 5) by P. Fearn on Oct 4, 2009 (UK)
In need of a good wireless keyboard and mouse then this is a good choice. I didn't want 2.4Ghz technology as I didn't want any conflict with my ccTV system. Not had any problems using this at all and you get used to the keyboard and mouse quite quickly. Feels good quality and will hopefully last years to come.

Logitech: great product.

(5 out of 5) by Jennifer Fleming on Sep 13, 2009 (Birmingham ,England)
This is a really great desk top if you want to clear all the trailing wires off your desk. Its really easy to install and the keyboard feels solid and has a nice soft hand rest built -in. My only gripe is that there is no "caps lock" light to remind me what case I'm in..my old keyboard had this and I found it usefull.
The mouse feels a little heavy to start with, but you get used to this very quickly, and I love the "back and forward"little buttons next to the scroll wheel.
I'm really pleased with this product and recommend it to any first time buyer of a wireless desk-top.

This is the second unit I have bought - both work very well and battery power lasts & lasts. Highly recommended.
