Suspect at depth?
Returned from Red Sea with some excellent photos, however experienced intermittent problems with use of this housing together with my IXUS 75. At 25m plus certain buttons were disabled - specifically the buttons to switch flash on and off, and also the button to switch between macro and normal lense.
For the rest of the dive, even when I ascended to shallower depths, the problem persisted. Only when I got into the top 5m would the buttons become enabled.
To test the camera, I borrowed someone elses IXUS 75 - results slightly different. Generally did not disable, except at one dive (out of 5), but at nearly 30m - however on ascent to low 20's the camera suddenly started working?!
The housing is supposed to work down to 40m - so with both cameras the housing is not working to spec - although with one camera the problem is encountered much less.

A much better product than I expected
I don't usually bother to write these customer reviews from Amazon or anywhere else but this time I felt I had too. I bought this waterproof case together with the Ixus 75 during one of Amazon's offers. The WP-DC14 turned out to be an excellent design, a perfect fit with little rubber buffers that hold the camera exactly in place. All the camera functions operate fine when using the housing, I'm not sure how long it would last on the beach with sand getting into the control buttons and levers but the Ixus wouldn't survive at all without it.
Fantastic! Does the job...
Fantastic bit of kit, worth the money if your wanting to take any type of pictures near water. I took mine to Mexico in the summer, and it got a lot of use. Does the job perfectly, as you expect. Seal is tight, and had no mis-haps and was confident my ixus 75 was safe. Only problem comes, when you have to change the batteries, so make sure your charged up! If your on a dive, last thing you want is to run out of juice! It is expensive, but worth the money. It also protects it from sand, dust, and anything else! Perfect on a beach, beside the pool, in the rain etc!

Great!
Well what a great thing this is. I've used Sea & Sea underwater film cameras previously and this really is a cut above. Obviously the Ixus cameras are fantastic in their own right, see reviews on this site, but this housing gives it a whole new dimension. First time out I took around 100 pics and there were some crackers in there, very pleasing. I've only used it to 25 metres or so at the moment so can't comment on what someone else had said about it not functioning at greater depths, but I'm in Bonaire at the moment so will try it deeper sometime soon. Highly recommended.
