Excellent camera on a budget

(5 out of 5) by Craig Lester on Jul 31, 2007
I just bought this camera for my wife. It is an excellent camera for the price. This is a 8.3 Megapixel camera packed with features: Shoot at ISO 800 for scenes that are pretty dark; Lots of pre-programmed settings; Easy to switch settings - there is a dial with which to switch programs and an easy GUI menu system; There is a anti-blur setting for those shots that are zoomed in and you get the shakes; The camera has an internal memory of only 10MB, but that is nice if you really need to squeeze on a couple more pictures; A nice feature on this camera is the ability to choose between XD memory cards and SD memory cards.

This camera is designed for every day use for those who merely want to point and shoot. You just choose your setting and shoot, or you leave your camera on auto and shoot - the choice is yours. The quality of the pictures at 8megapixels is very decent.

I would recommend this camera for its ease of use. Wonderful quality pictures and a very good price. The A series of Fujifilm cameras is meant to be exactly what I have mentioned. I bought this camera to replace a very reliable Fujifilm A330 camera. Anyone who merely want a reliable point and shoot camera will love this camera.

You'll get fine pics from the Finepix

A very nice little camera for the money. The various modes are easy to access, although you can just let the camera select everything on 'auto' if you prefer. Picture quality is good at the higher resolutions, it's possible to zoom in quite tightly on images before you see much evidence of pixillation. Ideal if you want a straightforward point-and-shoot camera.

I bought this camera 6 months ago and I have no complaints. It gives great quality pictures and is so easy to use my mum can even use it, which is a miracle if you ask me.

I love this camera!!

I bought this camera about 2 years ago just before holidays. Since I've taken loads of pictures with it and the colours are great. It's super easy to use with a hint of the options you may find in bigger cameras which is excellent if you want to learn. I just replaced it with a Fuji S5800 which is a bit more complicated to use so I really miss it!! Totally recommended!
