Good sound and great protection

This is a great little system for travelling or playing out of doors. I've had a couple of other portable systems but they've been quite flimsy. This one is all zipped up in a padded case which makes it safe to chuck in a bag as it is and go. Also it plugs into the ipod with a classic connector lead rather than having to sit it on a docking point which means you don't need adaptors for different models and you don't get the wobble which can occur with some cheap docks. The whole thing including ipod zips inside the case and is held tight with foam padding.
It isn't true that it doens't charge your ipod - it does if it's plugged in, it only doesn't if you're running off batteries.
The sound is good and will go loud without distorting - plenty good enough for holiday, garden, beach etc listening.
The pink is a bit cute but it's exactly the same as the black one and £10 cheaper so I was prepared to go girly.

Great little machine

This is a good, little machine, with no wobbly bits or bits to break!!! Comes with two clamps for attaching to things (pushchair is suggested!!). Everything is solid and chunky and the sound is excellent. A great way to carry an ipod. Comes with mains adaptor and lots of easy to fit plugs for europe etc, robust handle and zip. Not sure i will be able to keep the cover clean, as is soft plastic. Approx 9x9x22cm, so not slimline, but great for carting around and setting up quickly. Highly recommend
