I don't understand these other reviews, it's an absolute piece of cake to setup. Don't bother with the disc or instructions, just plug it in and follow the on screen guides. The hardest thing was remembering my wireless network password!! Got the picture frame displaying wi-fi images within 5 mins and would recommend it to anyone. FANTASTIC product!

I live along way from my parents and as they have a new grandchild on the way I thought that this would make a good present for them. They just got broadband so the Kodak Gallery feature sold it for me when looking for a frame. It was super easy to set up and works a real treat. It is also super easy to use. Now Grandma and Grandpa will always have fresh pictures of their little one on display in their sitting room.

I can't speak for others trying to use this with their PC/MAC and having problems related to using their computer - if you simply copy the photos you want to a memory card using a card reader (I resize mine first to 800x480 which can be done using most photo-editing software) then the pictures display faultlessly. The picture quality is superb with great clarity and vibrant colours and this is backed up by other reviews online. I have no problems using wifi with Windows media player 11 and it worked perfectly the first time I set it up. If you consider that this is a high res 10" frame then even if you never used the wifi it would be a great buy in my opinion.

Whilst the EX1011 Digital Picture Frame including the WiFi works well, DO NOT try loading the software on Windows Vista - it will not load or run. The KODAK UK Customer support centre were very polite and understanding but do not have the answers. The promised call from a technician (within 24-48 hours) has yet to materialise! [Reading various forum it would seem that they are unlikely to have a solution anyway].
The Getting Started Guide (in 12 languages) says that the software must be load first - WRONG. If you do this you will end up creating fresh folders every time you try and the KODAK EasyShare removal tool does not work. The only way to remove the programme is to remove it from the registry files (not for a beginner).
This digital picture frame works well without the software and I am almost minded to up its overall rating. It is easy to create and link to an album in Kodak Gallery. Do ensure that the latest firmware has been downloaded onto the frame. If you know what your doing don't follow the instructions - just do it!

Well made good quality item. Please note however that the instructions in the box and on the website are for PC only. if you are using a Mac it is a good bit more difficult to set up. It says compatible on the box buy no instructions and wifi will not automatically work. The file sharing settings in the system preferences need to be altered. There is a wifi forum that will help as it seems other users have come across this problem.

Apart from this it is a good piece of kit.
