They replaced with new as they should but would not even respond to my emails trying to claim shipping refund. It is in their terms and conditions but UK law states that they should pay. Oh well they won't see any more of my money!
Replacement is still going but transfer rates are not as stated and it has had to be checkdisked a couple of times, and yes i do safely remove every time.
