No Use for New Ipod Nano

(2 out of 5) by N. Sheridan on Oct 11, 2008 (uk)
I bought this charger because i have recently bought a blue version of the new ipod nano and i wanted a mains charger for it. It says it is suitable for all ipod models but when i plugged it in i got a message on my ipod saying "charging is not supported with this accessory" and the ipod would not charge. The blue light appeared on the charger but i think the problem is that it is not compatible with the newest version of the ipod nano. I emailed the seller but to be honest, the price it was i think i will just sell it to somebody i know who has an older ipod and needs a charger.

not suitable for the new ipod nano! :-( now i need to find one that is......

Charge your iPod on the move

(5 out of 5) by Dot Abbott on Sep 8, 2007 (Dorset)
I bought this charger to go with me when I travel as often no access to a computer. It charges a completly drained iPod in around 3 hours and then switches off so no risk of over-charging. So guaranteed music wherever I am in the world!

Not suitable for the ipod Touch

(1 out of 5) by S. Walshe on Nov 27, 2008 (UK)
When I bought this off Amazon the product details said this was compatible with all ipods. Well it doesn't work with the new Ipod Touch which has left me in the lurch just a bit! Am not impressed!

Dangerous Item

(1 out of 5) by Peter Benn on Aug 27, 2008 (uk)
I received the iPod charger very quickly however after 3 times charging it exploded, while plugged into the mains, with such force that the socket came into two parts and a black scorch mark was left up the wall.

Doesn't fit

(1 out of 5) by S. Yeomans on Aug 22, 2008 (Eastbourne, UK)
Don't be fooled by the price, this product isn't official Apple product and also doesn't fit the first gen iPod Nano, despite checking on several iPod's. Comparing it to a charer that DOES fit, they're completely different shapes. Pay a little more and get one that does the job.
