There is a loud hiss underlying all the sound. The workmanship is iffy. The quality of the speakers is far below that of a pair of old Sony speakers I have.
Frankly, it's a waste of money.

cordless speakers

Franklyn on May 15, 2009 (uk)I am very pleased with the speakers,they have a good sound and are not obtrusive, because my intention was to use these in static positions for most of the time,I found that because the on off is on the volume switch, I have to set up the stereo effect each time. I would just like to reiterate that I am very pleased with the product and would recommend these to others in the future.

OK for background listening

- there's some background buzz/hum
- volume controls on the speakers are small and fiddly
- sound quality is only Ok

- easy to set up
- nice looking and good size
- the lack of bass will prevent you tormenting the neighbours!
