Excellent Product initially

Disappointing in the long run,
Have to revisit this review, I ended up having to throw this remote away recently as many of the white central buttons just stopped working. It was never abused, dropped anything like that just regular usage. At this price I would expect this remote to last for several years not just a couple therefore I would not longer be able to recommend it.
When it was working it certainly did the job well, but doesn't look lke it was built to last.
No longer recommended.
P.S. I would drop the star rating to 2 but can't seem to when editing this...

Hi there,
I had one of the older model remotes from One For All before so had a good idea what to expect. I think this product is a gem I have reduced 7 Remotes to One. The display, asthetics and functionality are all excellent. The manual is easy to follow covering all the main things you'll likely need to do with the remote and customer service were very prompt both via email and telephone at answering my queries.
Minor issues would be that I had to contact customer services to get codes for some devices that have been commercially available for over a year now, in my opinion these should have been on this remote when received. My only other grumble would be that there is a very slight buzz off the remote when the display is lit, its only audible at a close range and in general the display is off i.e. it only lights when you press a button so its not major enough to be any real source of disappointment for me.
I have read others say that it is battery hungry this may be so, but I'm confident it will still be much more economical than running several different remotes and keeping their batteries up to date.
Highly recommended.

What a great piece of kit!
I was a bit dubious that I could get this to imitate all of the functions on every remote that I have and was nearly stumped by my V+ one. However I have now completely rid my sofa arm of the 7 remotes that were stacked on top of it and replaced them with this single glowing beauty.
I couldn't find a preset that worked with all the functions on my V+ box so I found one that did almost all of them and then programmed the rest on to buttons of my choice in one simple manouever. I'd say it's actually easier to navigate as well. I also have another remote for my HDMI switch box which I was convinced I'd never get to work as there was no preset but hey presto I just made one up ! Sweet!
I am smiling broadly from ear to ear over this gift of a device. A must have.

Worth every penny!!!
Seven remotes on the coffee table was a little too much so I looked into buying one that does all jobs. The look of this one and the reviews made me buy this one straight away. It is a bit on the big side but it does everything asked of it brilliantly. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is the design if the underside of the remote. It has a big wave like bulge on the right hand underside of it that houses the batteries. This bulge makes it a little awkward and annoying to hold if you're left handed like me. It seems to have been designed with right handed people in mind. Apart from that though I couldn't fault it..

Don't buy, doesn't work for more than a few months!
I paid £80 for this remote when it first came out, and while it was relatively simple to set up, looks great and feels nice in the hand, after several months the buttons stopped working properly and the entire remote would light up when I pressed one button. It has now been sitting in a drawer for months because it is out of the warranty period and useless.
I've since purchased the Logitech Harmony remotes as a replacement and don't have a single regret.
If you want to get a better idea of this series of remotes, go to amazon.com and look up this same product.

Clever device but still too Stupid!
The Kameleon and One For All have been a complete disappointment. It unfortunately only manages to replicate some of the functions on some of my remotes so I still have to have more than one remote out. The web support is dreadful, out of date and useless. Why can they not list all the updates as they come out, to save you having to email them and then phone them to download the latest software. If you have modern up to date audio and visual gear you will find the kameleon is utterly pointless as you still need the OEM remote to use the equipment properly. If you just want it to look cool, turn the volume up and down and change channels then this is the remote to have. Yes it is clever - but it is still far too stupid to make it worthwhile buying.
