FAB..........U...........LOUS
The Jamo i300 is simply awesome. I have just purchased my first ipod, which needed a decent pair of speakers to pump out the sounds. A couple of friends have the Bose speaker, which l have to say sounds fairly impressive, but after reading a recent review in the Mail on Sunday l decided to check out the spec on the Jamo i300. After reading the facts on their own web-site, which l know favours their own product, l have also read many reviews on the Amazon web-site and was pretty impressed. To cut a long story short l purchased the i300, which l have just taken delivery off.
It looks lovely in black although l was slightly surprised at the size of the sub-woofer, but l have already got used to it. It looks and sounds FAB with plenty of base. The sound will blow the roof off and keep the sound quality.
If l was pushed to make a negative comment it would have to be the remote control. It's just a shame they didn't give it a bit more thought and perhaps allowed the control to do a few more functions. Although the up and down volume control buttons sticks a bit you can still use the control on the unit it self.
If you are looking for a decent sound system for your ipod then look no further. This is the one and it's £30 cheaper than the the Bose system (also sounds a lot better too).
Enjooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooy.

Jamo I300
Fantastic, looks beautiful and fills the room with great sound. Aux input handy for DVD/Radio. FM remote feels plasticky but transmits through walls and has more functionality than most docking stations I had previously seen. If you are looking for IPOD compatible speakers this beats those at twice the price.

Amazing 2.1 speaker system
I was looking for an iPod setup which had a spare line input, looking at the reviews on here, avforums and some other sites I decided on the black Jamo i300 and I am very very glad I did.
They are rocking for the size and the build quality is good.
I have yet to find any downsides to this setup, forget the bose and get these.

Great looks & sound but a couple of minor niggles
The speaker system looks and feels quite substantial, reassuringly heavy with a classy gloss black finish. It was easy to set up, although the booklet wasn't particularly helpful. The sound quality is very good, with good deep bass from the bass box, which can be put out of sight and crisp treble from the tiny little bookshelf speakers, which can also be wall mounted. The ipod docking station looks good too, but it is not heavy like the other bits and I feel it is in danger of being knocked off the shelf I have put it on. I have had some trouble in selecting the right adapter for my ipod - several of them look right, but none work perfectly, Perhaps it is just me, but there is nothing in the booklet about it. Having read other reviews before buying this product, I can say that I agree with most of the views expressed - the sound quality and looks will not dissappoint you, although the volume you will have at your fingertips may well dissappoint your neighbours! The remote control is mickey mouse though and looks like it was an afterthought.

Speechless
Well just moved into a new house and had wires everywhere so decided to look for some speakers to hide the mess, spent hours in John Lewis and came across this beauty even though it was discontinued we bought it got it home and plugged it in, blown away straight away with the subwoofers and lovely satellite speakers. Have not had it more than 48 hours so expecting great things.
