These are a powerful set of speakers and the sound quality is also amazing. The bass that comes out of the sub will have my neighbours complaining straight away.
I wanted them for my bedroom and they are amazing. Easy to set up, it was almost working straight out of the box. I have now attached the two speakers to brackets and moved them further apart. I did need to buy extra speaker wire, but that was easy and cheap.

A good buy, sound quality is very good for the price, bass is powerful, and you can switch the sub-woofer off if you prefer.
It has eight Equalizer presets, and one user-definable/manual one - which lets you set the bass, midrange and treble to suit your own taste.
The CD player is the three disc (rotary) multi-changer type, and this allows you to change upto two discs whilst the third is being played.
The tape decks sound good - even though they are not the auto-reverse type. They are electronic - with 'soft touch' controls.
It also has 'surround' and 'groove' sound enhancements which add a bit of echo and extend the bass even more - both work to good effect.
Also the outside of the main volume control illuminates in red. And will flash/pulsate in time to the music - again, you can switch it off you find it annoying!
I would recommend this system to anyone looking for a decent low to mid range priced mini system.
