ExtremeMac Tango iPod Speakers
I recently bought this extremely well built unit for use with my iPod and found it incredible value for money and probably the best on the market!!
You have to hear it to believe it, as my words can only describe the basic functions.
One of the best features on the remote control is that it has separate functions for both bass and treble. The bass is very rich as the unit has a built-in woofer fitted underneath. It is also fully dampened to eliminate any vibration when the speakers are played at high volume.
Another clever feature is that when you switch the unit off to standby it will fade-out the song that is currently playing and fade-in again to the exact point when you switch the unit back on again.
The iPod also gets charged as it sits in the doc.
One point to bear in mind is to make sure to switch the iPod's EQ setting to "bass reduce" as otherwise it has too much bass even at the unit's lowest setting. You just need to set your iPod to your own liking and the ExtremeMac Tango will do the rest!
Anyone needing to declutter at home and needs to do away with conventional Hi-Fi this is the set of speakers to buy.

XtremeMac Tango IPod Sound System
Incredible sound system, able to cope with all sytles of music brilliantly well. The downward firing sub is literally capable of vibrating a table across the floor and there is no audible distortion even at high volumes (with which to irritate the neighbours!) The remote control is particularly useful able to control tracks, volume as well as bass and treble, there's even a reset button which you can use if you ruin the sound settings beyond repair! I would thoroughly recommend this product as it gives even the Bose unit a run for its money at a fraction of the cost.

Fantastic
I brought a pair expecting them to be fairly good for the money. But i was absoultley blown away the sound quality, it has no distortion just pure and perfect sound. Its build quality its great, everything is really smart and tidy with no shabby parts attal. As most have said already the bass is amazing, im a real fan of bass in my songs and the sub has not failed me yet. This unit is also capable of large parties and has the capablity for other mp3 player to be pluged into the back. The speakers also come wth plastic ipod templates to fit all generations. Even if you havnt got an Ipod these are definatly worth considering.
Compared to the Bose Sounddocks these are pretty similar, The XtremeMac's are slightly bigger but much nicer looking and have the same if not more bass too. The EQ settings are also really useful on this set so you can fin tune your audio playback
WELL WORTH THE MONEY AND TO BE FAIR BEATS MOST BIGGER AND MORE EXPENSIVE BRANDS, DO THE RIGHT THING AND BUY THEM

Buy this system NOW!
WOW! I have literally just unpacked this system, plugged it in, popped my IPOD in the top and sat back to enjoy the amazing sound delivery. It exceeds any expectation I had. The sound quality is pure, smooth and without distortion, even for high bass tracks.
Buy it! You'll be very glad you did.

Great product
After reading the reviews and checking out other products i decided to go for this and it has blown me away. Great sound quality, you can adjust the treble and bass with your wireless remote so you can make your eyelashes vibrate if you want to. Looks amazing, sounds great. A must have and for a good price.
