For a large room, it's perfect. It's louder than we've ever needed, the sound is great (given that it's not physically large enough to have big speakers) and the overall build quality is excellent.
The fact that it charges the iPod also means that your pod's always ready to go.
Overall, I'm really impressed and very pleased with the purchase.

Great Value for Money

30W of power for around 50 quid on amazon is great value for money, the sound quality is excellent, with good deep bass, and a well balanced treble.
All in all, nice little system, not had any problems, and would recommend it to anyone!

Really good, looks great to!

All the other speakers with a remote were about £100 so it looked like a great deal and I am now very pleased with this purchase. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a sub £100 speaker.

OK, it may not have adjustable acoustics and there is some compromise on the audio quality compared to more expensive units, but the sound IS crystal clear and there is no hiss whatsoever.
Haven't turned the volume up full, but it packs a fair punch.
Unobtrusive in any room, perfect for office or kitchen.
Seriously considering getting a second one !

As good as Bose... maybe not but competes well at this price

It looks stylish, sounds great and comes with as remote control that syncs' with your iPod. At this price I thinks that it competes well and probably beats the Bose systems.
The only down point is that between tracks the sound sometimes drops off only to be broken by a loud click sound. However all in all this is only a very minor inconvenience.
