Mixed results - good phone - poor answer machine

Mckenzie on Nov 13, 2008 (London)I'm not able to review this phone, I would like to but I have ordered it from two marketplace companies and both sent me different phones without checking if I wanted these, the customer service was pretty poor all round, I have had to return both phones and am awaiting the refunds. I have wasted a great deal of time and effort and all I wanted was a new house phone. I spoke to Amazon yesterday and they assured me they would investigate and have the item removed if it was not available. So check before buying!

An excellent phone pack with many good features such as sending the address book to other handsets at the touch of a button. The only criticism being the unaccountably low max volume on the answerphone. Really splendid service and delivery from LiGo.
