Does the job, but could do more

However, the base unit is another story. Very cheap plastics, and with much less than I had expected. There was no speakerphone on the base unit and no intercom with the phone. it also only has two rubber feet and therefore wobbles annoyingly on a normal surface. I have added two further rubber feet.

Disappointing

Call clarity is poor, and has worsened over time, to the extent that I have had to dig out my old corded phones as it was getting increasingly difficult to have a conversation. Others have commented it is now easier to hear when they call me.
One of the 3 handsets has become faulty (after just over a year) and sometimes won't ring and overheats. This was not a cheap option (over £100 for a set of 3)and I expected better quality and durability.
On the Plus side - Good choice of ringtones and you can set up caller groups so that there are different ring tones for different members of the family. Screen fairly easy to see and each handset has a night mode so it won't ring between certain times.
At the end of the day a phone's main function is to enable people to talk to each other and poor sound clarity makes this phone a thumbs down.
