First Class Camera

All digital cameras are only as good as the processor inside , regardless of features, gimmicks and promises. As a manual SLR user with all the kit this fits the digital bill, although you can never convert manual settings to digital camera. With the DSC-H5 you have the beauty of manual and auto features and able to purchase various lens' as well. As a photography tutor, I would recommend this is an excellent introductory digital SLR type camera that does exactly what it says on the box.

Best Camera I've used yet!

I'm very happy with the results achieved from the H5, including the speed mode to photogarphing buses moving at high speed and the result 'pin sharp'. The 12X zoom is also ace too, found to be very useful at times. I was considering a Cannon EOS like a friend had but notice him struggle with all the functions and gain not amazing results so the H5 fitted the bill well.

this sony cyber-shot dsc h5 camera is just super and excellent and if you do buy one you wont be disapointed. everyone has rated it fantastic and highly recommended.
its a super 7.2 megapixels, and a super x12 optical and x57 digital zoom depending on what megapixel you take your pictures with. you can buy loads of super accesories for it to make taking pictures even more super and fantastic. i bought an extra memory stick 1gb pro duo.
there are camera bags that are excellent for it ( i recommend - sony LCS-CSH ) you can also purchase extra lenses and extra flashs and other sony camera h5 extra's, i do recommend extra batterys though and a an extra charger.
great SLR style camera. and at the price amazon are selling it at its got to be even better.
