Belkin Tunecast II

It's OK and works fine in the car until you hit an area where the signal from a local station overwhelms its own signal. Then you get massive interference and it can get drowned out by the local transmitter. You can swap to the alternative channel you will have already set up before you started travelling (you did do that, right?!), but it is fiddly and not recommended whilst driving - unless you're not fussed about being pulled over by one of those cars with coloured light on their roof! That means you lose out on your listening pleasure.

I have mine tuned to the two extremes of the FM spectrum, but even then I still end up picking up radio stations that mean I have to switch to conventional radio until I have gone out of the local transmitter's range.

Worth a try, and works fine for use with home FM stereo e.g. from a portable MP3 player, but needs more power in a car.

I am happy with delivery process and time taken for delivery. But I am not completely satisfied with the working of this product. As some time it doesn't pick up signals. And there is not enough documentation for trouble shooting.

Belkin = GREAT PRODUCTS

More of a 9 out of 10 then a 4 star.
I purchased this product as the name was good and I have never had any issues with Belkin.
Although there is a new model this product works just as well and include and auto off when it sense there is no sound being passed.
the variable frequency are good and the charger is handy I communte in the car loads and it's great to up load my music on to mp3 /ipod rather then burn a cd really worth the money and its's childs play the only thing thats better then this is a physical cable but you can use this anywhere you want,

Lasted about 6 months before it died. Very poor quality design.

Got this back when there weren't many alternatives. It works ok but there is a fair amount of background hiss but they all seem to have this. The worst thing is the battery life.
Even if you turn it off the batteries will be dead overnight so i had to take the batterires out every time i finished using it because the in car charger didn't work. This constant removal of the batteries resulted in one of the springs that hold the batteries in falling out.
The wires coming out of the unit came loose pretty soon until eventually it got very crackly then stopped working altogether.
Shoddy design really, think i'll try an itrip next.
