This is the ultimate mouse. The wireless works perfectly for ridiculous distances, my bed is 5 metres from the PC. It comes with 2 batteries which is infinitely valuable for anyone serious about gaming, the battery life is good too with it lasting for approx 8 hours constant (and I mean constant) use or days of intermittent use. The weight of the mouse is perfect - its light but has a really sturdy feel to it that gives it great accuracy. The different speed settings are a god send, super fast speed for fps games and mmos like WoW and really slow for web sites or drawing. It feels like it will last a long time too - I think Ive had this for 6 months and its still got that factory gleam to it. Would you rather buy a £20 mouse thats OK or a £50 mouse that will be the last mouse you will ever buy?

Do not buy this. Logitech know it is flawed and will replace with the G9. Mine had one battery semi explode, and it would often lose wireless connection. Several weeks of debate with Logitech and thet sent me a G9, however this is wired.
