The Z60 will not disappoint
I originally had a Casio exilm EX-Z40, which I unfortunately dropped and broke (that's a different story!). I did my research, and bought the new EX-Z60, and I was not disappointed. I bought a 1 GB SD card to go into the camera.
Here are the things I like;
Big screen - Great for reviewing pictures.
Long battery life. Like my old Z40 the Z60 can last at least 2/3 weeks for a trigger happy person like me! I was almost tempted to buy a Canon IXUS, but my friend has one, and he carries a spare battery and charges them daily.
6 Million pixels, which means I can print pictures upto A3 without losing quality and/or crop and zoom pictures later.
Quick start up - Essential for capturing quick shots. A friend of mine has a Sony T5. Takes ages to switch on, due to the periscope lens!
Very short shutter delay - Unnoticeable for me. The spec says 0.007s!
Small and compact - Fits neatly in my top pocket, primed for quick use.
Anti-shake - this is a new feature to me. I thought I would lose quality because it would reduce the shutter speed, but pictures come out great.
Includes AV Cable - Can review pictures almost immediately on TV screen. Means can show your pictures to a large group.
Easy to use - Menu systems are intuitive to set camera up.
And the things I dislike (I'm finding it difficult to find things I dislike so I'm being picky);
Small buttons - OK for me, but if you have big fingers you may find it fiddly. But you would expect this for a camera this size!
No view finder - I still occasionally like to use a view finder in bright conditions, although having said that the screen is larger and brighter than my old Z40.
To sum up, it's a great all rounder. It is small and compact but packed with features.

Excellent product
Was given this as a birthday present. Excellent camera, slim design is especially good and means it can easily be taken out with you without taking up much space in your bag/pocket etc. Have used it on manyh nights out and it always produces fantastic photos, even in dark clubs with slight effects etc. Have bought a 256mg card for it which allows you to store over 1000 photos on this. Download to PC is as simple as it gets with all the instructions coming up on the screen. Overall this is definately the best digital camera ive ever used, and is value for money without a doubt

Excellent all-rounder!
Had my old camera for around 3 years and you could really tell that it was dated- was the size of a brick and only had 2 mega-pixels. So i decided that it was time to treat myself... started looking on the internet in a German lesson at school and came across the Casio Exilim Z-60, at first glances it looked a bit cheap and when I saw the price I was a bit doubtful to say the least. But I eventually plucked up the courage and ordered it. 2 weeks later it arrived at my front door- I eagerly opened the package and was not disappoined, the camera looked very smart and the screen was massive!
Good points
* Large, clear screen
* Fast battery charging
* Tv connection cable!
* Fast image loading on PC
* Very fast shutter
* Slim and compact
* Good selection of shots
* Excellect quality in pics, video and voice recording
Bad points
* Does not come with a carry case and the ones that I have seen advertised for the camera are £23.99! When you see how small the camera is you will realise that this is a bit of a rip-off
* The button to switch it on is very "loose" and when it is in your pocket it is easy to accidently turn it on. This is a problem because the lens comes out can be ruined.
Very good camera... buy, buy, buy!

Easy to use, quality camera
Bought this camera about 3 weeks ago.
Things that are good about it:
Quite thin, laid it down on the table, about the same depth as two standard cd albums on top of one another.
Nice large clear screen giving nice sharp preview pictures.
Fast shutter speed to take lots of photos continuously. Compared to my last camera, where I had to get people to hold a pose for about 10 secs, this is amazing. I bought a 80x Hi Speed SD card with it, so maybe that helps.
Very easy to use. My mum who finds texting tricky(!), finds this a doddle. Doesn't have tons of useless features. Has a BS (best shot) button, which has preset settings on, from which you can chose to capture the best of your scene/object/etc. Haven't personally had to use it yet, as I just leave it on Auto mode.
Looks smart.
Long battery life.
Very good quality photos. I'm not a professional photographer, but the photos are very clear, sharp and just brilliant. No real distortion when resizing. I take pictures on 6Mega pixels mode, and can take over 200 photos on this quality with the 512mb sd card i bought.
Bad things:
Quite a small on/off button. About the size of a grain of rice. Could get annoying if you have curvy fingers.
Not really a bad thing, but the casing is what i would describe as "brushed" metal, so you may want to buy a case to go with it to stop it from getting scratched, and to also protect the massive screen.
Have had no problems with it so far. Top camera!

Great Camera!
I've never had a digital camera before so I wanted something that is easy to use and I wasn't disappointed. It's fabulous. I was a bit put out that the internal memory is only 8 MB - didn't mean anything to me when i bought it but camera said the memory was full after only 4 pictures. Quickly ordered a 512 Mb SD memory card and it takes 280 pictures now - enough for most needs. Really impressed with the rechargeable battery - takes loads of pics with one charge - well over 150. Fits in my pocket or small bag easily. My mate at work ordered a different camera at the same time but wishes she'd bought mine. Another workmate has already bought one. Very nice camera.
