After spending time downloading music onto my ATMT Mini MP3, i sat having a cup of green tea listening to it. When i stood up i forgot the player was on my knee and the little player dropped straight into the mug, and submerged into the hot liquid! I dragged it straight back out and dried it off, but you could see water at the back of the screen. After an initial drying on a towel i used the hairdryer to gently dry it furthur. However, when i turned it on it continually turned itself off. The lettering on the display disappeared completely, but the display was still illuminated. Anyway, after several days spent wrapped in a towel in the airing cupboard and a good long rest, i am pleased to report that the little fella has made an amazing recovery! It's a good value little player and more robust than you may think, sounds pretty good too!

I bought this mp3 player a few weeks back and it seems a decent little player. i only have 1 problem. When i switch the thing on it come3s up with the songs but when i press play it says file error. After pressing the button multiple times it switches itself off then back on again, this time allowing me to play the music. Whats up with that?! Give me a shout if you can help.

I just had to explain my absolute joy with the quality of this little gadget. The last MP3 player I had broke and it cost me £[...]...so didn't expect this £[...] MP3 player to be very good.

I was very surpirsed.

Quality of sound excellent.
Easy to use.
Can hold over 100 songs.
Variety of different genres to listen to music in.
Voice Recorder.
Earphones even pretty good.

Definately recommend this MP3 to anyone.

I have just sent mine back to Amazon for a refund. I'd had it a couple of months, putting up with the unuser-friendly menus, when the toggle button broke so I couldn't reverse. I also found it a pain as I would load 120+ tracks on and only seem to be able to access 99 of them. Nice colour and it played ok, shame about everyhting else. My other player is Ministry of Sound and is SO much better quality. Buy cheap, buy twice applies here.

The combination of price vs. storage size appeared attractive but after 2 weeks, the badly conceived glass front was already smashed (leaving glass shards all over the place as well as loose ones over the LCD display so it can't be read any longer) and at one month, the memory corrupted and lost all transferred files. The only recovery was reformatting the disc but this reduced the memory size to 256 MB (suggesting the creation of 512MB is manufactured magic).
Additionally, the transfer rate from PC to stick is very slow.

In short, don't bother!
