difficult to use

I bought this silver mp3 player and a black one for myself and my husband both of us found them very difficult and fiddly to use.The instructions are very poor and uninformative, wouldn't reccomend them to anyone!!!.Only reason we didn't return them was that we couldn't be bothered.
