I should have listened to the first reviewer
(1 out of 5) by Truth Ruth on Aug 8, 2007I purchased this product in hope that I would be able to connect my PDA and mobile to my laptop wirelessly. The driver software would not load, it is not compatible with windows vista, and the up date software from the manufacturers wedsite, made no difference. I have yet to receive a response to the e-mail I sent 2 days ago to belkin support centre. I would have given it '0' star rating if it would system would have allowed me.
Product descriptions of computer accessories/software should state if they are vista compatible, given there are more and more people with this system on their computers, would save customers time and money

Cracking Little Unit

Unfortunately my phone didn't make it so easy to get my files off the phone.
As for the bluetooth USB, buy it.

Not all phones !!
(2 out of 5) by hawk-eye on Jan 30, 2008 (uk.)Wouldn't load properly with Windows XP ! warnings going off every where, not compatible with the LG Viewty KU990 mobile phone, but if you want it to send your photos and music to and from your computer then it works ! It won't open up your the phone manager. It can not find or connect..... This has been the third Belkin product I've bought and the first to let me down.

Very confusing
(3 out of 5) by Malcolm Morton on Jul 26, 2007Maybe I'm a rookie with the whole phone to pc connection idea, but i found the software very confusing. Windows started appearing all over the place warning me about "uncertified programs" and The manual gave little help on how to deal with the problem. I wouldn't advise it for beginners!

Very Unreliable
(1 out of 5) by Alex on Feb 3, 2008 (London)This is the second time I purchase Belkin and this time I thought they might have fixed their software problem. But no! tried to install the software on Win XP but get all type of error messages and at the end says couldn't install successfully. Tried again this time with the dongle plugged in, software install completes but hardware says couldn't be installed successfully and might have problems....
I don't think installing this should be such a pain!
