Value for money
(5 out of 5) by N. Martin on Jul 12, 2007After two weeks of deliberation over a suitable 2.1 system primarily for listening to music I finally went for value for money.
Though the Z2300 reviews are hard to ignore I thought the power and bass would be overwhelming. The Creative 3800s I'm sure would have better audio quality but you get no more power for £50 more, which probably pays for a wireless remote I dont need.
Ultimately you're paying £40 for set of speakers that are more than adequate for listening to any music at your desk or even in a large bedrooom. I'm sure any audiophile would disagree with their performance but just remember the price tag. The build quality also surpasses a mere £40.

refreshing logitech z4 speakers

Kelly on Apr 25, 2008 (uk)in what has been called rip off britain its refreshing to find a product that blows the saying if its to good to be true it probably is, right out of the water. i read all the reports on these sreakers and while i dont know what a mid range is all i can say is that if you can find better speakers than this in this price range good luck. and again amazon service was second to none

Excellent quality for the money

Sub woofer sounds very clear, and having bass adjustment on the controller is very useful. Great range from the satellite speakers, which also look as if they could be wall mounted (though you'd struggle to hide the wires).
Finally, they also feel well made. Very solid and a good "weight" to them.
Overall, look great, sound great, very impressed.

Great looks AND great sound!

They sound great, even at high volume, with good sound in all pitches. The controls are good, as subwoofer can be easily adjusted (this is useful at night when you're trying to be quiet) and they can be turned off with their power button, which alot of systems tend not to have, instead of humming for hours - but they are also silent when no sound is played (other speakers can hum constantly)

Awesome - Generally!

I love my music and am totally addicted to good sounding music, and so I think it is very important to have good speakers that give my music the sound that it does have. These speakers go way beyond this and if anything enhance the sound. The delivery time was rapid, and everything was done proffesionally. I recomend these to anyone who loves music but doesn't like getting nailed by the price. Totally Awesome!!!!
