first of all...great service!i got my camera 2 days before the estimated time..

these are my + and - for this camere

+ amazing shutter speed (u can just take photo after photo)
+ great price (it was 129 before christmas)
+ robust camera
+ the looks and the display quality
+ manual options for all the picture functions (like a pro camera)
+ great battery life

and now the minuses

just one for me...the size,it's not big but it's not small...it looks smaller in the photo...i quess it looks more professional this way :)

I bought this item at the begining of March 2006 for. This has to be the bargain of the year. The camera is full of impresive features and has a fast shutter speed and a lovely tough feeling structure (unlike my last kodak digital.) Best of all is the rechargable battery which lasts for ages. I took over 200 photos (mostly on 3.1mp)and a few short movies in the first 3 weeks before it needed recharging. I would definately recomend this to someone who wants a top notch camera on a £150 or less budget.

I bought this camera and I have to say its ability to get the light right for a picture is astonishing.The quality of the images that can be downloaded from the Z730 to a tv screen is terrific and the images can be magnified and scrolled on the tv.
Can't recommend it highly enough.But I agree with a previous reviewer that the Kodak software isn't as good as other packages like Picassa.

A good quality camera with manual functions (as wel as plenty of presets). The colours outdoors are really rich, the Z740 has an extra zoom, but if your not to fussed about that then go for this one. Kodak software is pretty bad so try Picasa and Flickr instead.

This camera was bought when I got my puppy 5 months ago - I have taken over 6000 photos with it and it has produced superb pictures - it's hard to take a bad picture to be honest! All the functions and setting enhance the camera's appeal. The lith-ion battery lasts well even though I'm terrible at remembering to turn it off and is quickly charged within an hour or two.

The only thing that I am disappointed about is that I have had to send the camera back twice due to a dodgy automatic lens cover that gets stuck when opening and closing. The first time I was sent a replacement but the second camera has done it too and is on it's way back to being fixed.

This camera is superb but the fact that I have had to have it fixed twice is letting it down.
