Wrong item ordered

This description doesn't make it very clear that the unit is only suitable for the new TomTom Go models (300/500/700). It is not suitable for the original (Classic) version.

Compatability

It is not made clear that this item is not compatible with the 500 series ie not the 510 only the 500 and presumably the same for the 710

Bracket works well, does all you would expect it too.
I ordered the wrong one initialy and they were prompt to swap without charging any additional postage!

Tom Tom Mounting Kit

A good replacement for the original mounting kit supplied with the Tom Tom Go 500. Design and size is exactly the same as the original. It works perfectly well. I purchased it along with a 'bean bag' that this mount attaches to and this sits on the dash and is totally non slip. So, no tell-tale marks on the windscreen!

This mounting is great in fact its better than the origanl this i broke taking of the windscreen.
Just happy to be able to get a new one and not have to pay over the top for not muh more i can say apart from be careful when taking tom tom off the screen
