We have two of these units in operation at work, one about 4-5 months old and the first one about 3 1/2 years old. They are both used for preperation and submission of quotes, for order processing, generating work instructions and generally for printing out Engineering Drawings.
Both units allow you to monitor print mileage, which is a very useful tool.
The 3 1/2 year old unit has now done over 27,000 prints and has still got the original print heads in place that were originally supplied. The ink cartridges seem to last for ever compared to the Epsons we used to use, however we have always used the Original HP ones. Have never tried any clones or refills so cannot compare the results,
Initial setup is quite messy though, but once done they are a doddle to use with the seperate tray underneath. Top one setup for A4 and the bottom set for A3.
Their biggest negative is their size, you need half a desk or so to provide enough working space for the whole unit. They are really quite large by todays standard.
