I have always had the basic speakers that come with my pc so these r a treat 4 me.
They took 5 min 2 set up which i thought was a massive bonus as i hate all the hassle of (put this here put that there) this was so easy and as for the sound well its great clear as anything 1nc u have got the right ajustment between bass box and speakers.
I can now listen 2 my music the way it should be listened 2 very loud haha that will please them next door.
I highly recommend these 4 a games player or a music lover or both that has not much funding they r great thankyou

Having had these speakers for a few months I was impresssed with the excellent sound quality that they produced. Brilliant for playing music out of my Pc for iTunes etc..

However..
A few months in and the right speaker socket appears to have failed on me. I've fiddled with it continuously but its no good, the right speaker now no longer works and I'm left with rather poor and unnacceptable mono sound. What a shame. If only Sony had got its build quality right I would be able to share a positive review with some of the others on here.

As it stands I will be investing in a 2.1 system with a much better reliability record than this product, which is now only suitable for the scrap yard.

Bought these for my PC in work (for those evenings when I work on a few hours). Set up in about 10 mins straight out of the box. Sound quality is superb (...as you'd expect from SONY). Thoroughly recommend them. Bass unit is a bit bulky but sits under the desk with no probs. The two smaller units can be set up on either side of PC - good length cables and aux volume / bass control unit is simplicity itself and looks stylish. A def buy!

I was very suprised by the sound quality of these speakers. I bought them because the other reviews were very favourable considering the price. Very good quality deep bass from the woofer. The small main speakers kick out a punch and don't top out until the volume is almost at max. By then if you're close enough your ears will hurt so you don't need to go that high. A great purchase and well recommended.

These instructions are for those bright creatures who have no problems what so-ever on the technical side of life, and are problem sniggering as I type, however it is a great product, smart to look at and I bet the sound is great, eventually
