This was my first order from Amazon and it went very smoothly. The camcorder is an absolute gem - its so small it really does fit in your pocket. Despite its size it has lots of features that are really easy to access using the touch screen. Picture and sound quality are excellent and the docking station means its easy to charge and download to your pc or play on your tv. I'd recommend this to anyone who, like me, likes to take a camera when on a day out with the kids but can't be bothered lugging a big camera about. It even starts up quickly so you can capture a sudden moment before its over! Only problem I can see is that you might have difficulty with the small buttons if you have big fat hands!
