Good camera

I had used the 42E on a holiday and thought it fantastic but could not afford the price at the time. This spec for this model is like all sony hanycams fantastic. Picture quality excellent, sound excellent and easy to use. I like the touch screen too. BUT after only 16months my camera is ready for the bin. Total colour breakdown. So i was very disasppointed in this. Now I have got to buy another camera. maybe i was just unlucky. I would not spend a lot of money on a handycam if your not going to use it that often... get a second hand one first.
