DAB radio offers the obsessives amongst us a change to indulge our audio passions 24 hours a day. Whether you want classic comedy, literary readings and dramatisations, rock music, pop music, classical, sports commentaries etc. DAB radio meets your needs. To really enjoy these broadcasts so much depends upon your radio and this one is a terrific piece of equipment. It is quite compact but somehow manages to give the beautifully clear, rich sound you would normally expect to get only from much larger speakers. It is very easy and quick to set up, operation is simplicity itself and the whole package is extremely user-friendly. It copes beautifully with FM stations too, and gives you a chance to preset 4 DAB and 4 FM stations with very little effort. The built-in radio alarm is an added bonus and is, in my experience, totally reliable, so you can throw away (or should I say recycle?) your old clock radio. Highly recommended and a bargain at this price!

Just bought this radio, & I'm so pleased I did. I've suffered for years with FM bad reception, and I'd almost given up listening to the radio, as it was so annoying. I've used this radio for almost 2 days now & it's fabulous! It's changed my life! And so easy & simple to use.

A really solid feeling bit of kit with simple concise setup instructions. This was obtained for use by an elderly person with failing eyesight and technophobia! Once we established that the pre-set buttons were 'buttons' and not 'sliders'... no problems.
Reception is excellent, provided he leaves the aerial alone and he's very pleased. Thank you Intempo. I shall look out for your product name in future.

Received 5 stars in a computer magazine and I agree 100%. Great sound both at home and in our dingy warehouse (where reception on FM was terrible) 27 stations at work 37 at home. If you are 48 and a half (like me) and love classic rock then PLANET ROCK will be on all day and night. Good clear sound and powerful for its size.

Agree with everything already said, great radio. But I have got so used to using a remote it's a pain not having one. Particularly since I need the arial extended and the radio does not like being moved around. I tend to leave the radio on an ledge near the window. Also since there are so many DAB stations I would have liked 8DAB presets rather than 4 DABS and 4 FMs.
