After much research on wireless networking for cable modems I decided on this little beauty. I am so glad that I did as the speed and signal power is truly outstanding. It has no trouble with the size of my property and I can get excellent signal everywhere in the house (even though the router is downstairs front, and study is on 3rd floor rear!). Furthermore this also has Belkins lifetime support and warranty with awesome telephone helpline. What more can I say? If you want the best in wireless networking this is the most current technology around and at the price nothing touches it! Buy one...NOW!

I have had a wireless network for three years and work from a barn at the bottom of my garden. The modem and wireless router being in the house. The signal fluctuates between "poor" and non-existant. Very frustrating.

This Belkin Pre-N MIMO router seems, on the face of it, too good to be true. Believe me, it is everything it is cracked up to be.

The signal is now very strong, even way into the field beyond my garden gate. With NTL's superb high-speed cable this is how wireless networks were meant to be.

Upgraded my network after my old Belkin 11b router packed up.

Installed and running withing 10 minutes, software was easy and set it all up for you. so far its brilliant and even my laptop with the old 11b network card is running faster just like the Pre-N manual said it would.
There is a Firmware version update for the router just follow the instructions in the manual to update it and only takes a few minutes to do.

Overall well impressed and recommend it to anyone.

I bought this router mostly for access in my bedroom for the XBOX 360 and my laptop. Once installed it took me a couple of minutes to get used to its numerous features. The XBOX found the Router easily with 99.99% signal strength (from opposite ends of the house). I also purchased for my laptop the wireless MIMO notebook card from belkin (also recommended). Although setting up the WEP protection was at first fiddly, the laptop hasn't lost it's connection and i have enjoyed speedy access to the internet.

For anyone with an XBOX 360, this router has performed incredibly for online gameplay using XBOX LIVE. Even if you're just looking for a reliable means of connecting to the internet anywhere within the range of the router, i would strongly recommend this device.

Had one for over a year now, my 1st wireless system and I love it. Bear in mind I'm a complete PC moron, but I got this up and running in minutes and so far it's never let me down. Signal strength is nearly always the maximum, even connects well 80 feet away through two brick walls. Just for the record my internet connection is ADSL BT (8mb allegedly). Whole heartedly recomended.
