When using them, i actually set the bass speaker to minimum due to the fact that the subwoofer pumps out BASS.
Good buy, worth the money easy to set up!

Definately worth the money
(4 out of 5) by Homer on Dec 2, 2007I read many reviews online myself, and even though the were comments about the bass being too loud, I decided to go ahead and buy them.
Well they are brilliant, easy to set up, and then when I turned them on literally 5 mins after opening the box, I knew they were exactly what I wanted. Crisp. clear. sound. Not only did it have volume and on/off controls on one of the speakers, it also has a handy bass volume control on the back off the subwoofer, which is pitty good actually becaause if you turned that up you'd get blown away with pure bass, not being able to hear music or whatever your playing at all.
So the bass on the subwoofer is the only real downside, hense giving it only 4 stars, but if you keep the bass volume down they should be fine...well brilliant. Also the rear speaker wires are abit on the short side,only about 2 metres long, but reading other reviews before I purchased them, I ordered a RCA extension cable, which solved the problem.
Overall a brilliant buy and definately worth the money, the nearest price I found anywhere else was £60 +.
