We'd be on the look out for some small and sleek speakers for our PC. We have the PC in a reception room so needed something which looked good. These speakers certainly look good. Not too big and the black with silver detail and 2 speakers per pod looks impressive.

The right hand speaker has a blue LED which glows when the speakers are on. There is also a headphone socket on the front and the back has a spare socket for an optional sub-woofer.

In terms of sound they are really rather good when you consider the price and their size. They go quite loud and the sound is very clear. We use them with Yahoo Messenger or Google Talk to make Internet phone calls and the other persons voice is very clear. Music is no problem just so long as you don't expect hi-fi level volumes or clarity.

All in all, an inexpensive and good looking set of speakers which do their job well.

Great looking, affordable, impeccable sound quality. What more can you ask? the speakers are truly superb. Perfect for my laptop. Unless you are looking for extra special sound (there's no sub woofer), then there's no need to look any further than these speakers.

I recently purchased a 19" lcd tv for the bedroom cracking picture, but the sound could only be described as garbage, solution got a pair of these, as there was no sound out connector I used a scart to audio result absolutly great sounds as good as the large lcd downstairs, no booming Bass but very good without if you must have this, buy the bass optional extra or a set of 2-1 speakers.Hope this is helpful to others

I bought this item around a month ago now, and I must say they are brilliant , great sound to them and the headphone socket is very useful and very easy to install, All in all a very good Product

I purchased these thinking if they sound as good as they look i will be very happy. Now the sound from these speakers is very clear and crisp and they look amazing especially the cool deep blue power light. The problem is they are missing bass, not to the extent they sound tiny, they still deliver but just need some umph. These would be perfect with a subwoofer. OR you could get a belkin speaker splitter that's on this site and connect these speakers along with a lead going to your midi system (which is what i'm going to do).
