Nothing fancy, but a nice attractive, simple to use DECT phone at a decent price. I had a VTech model before which recently died a horrible death after months of problems. Panasonic has been recommended to me by several people, but most of them are quite expensive and packed with features that I wasn't interested in. This one has all the basics, but is cheap.

Have had this phone for 6 months now, it has had a lot of use and it still looks brand new. Large backlit key pad, great for poor lighting conditions. Very good sound quality, from and to the handset. Pager button on base station to help you find the handset when you've lost it. This is a simple, well made phone, with good battery life and range. There are plenty of other features embedded that we don't use. If you want a cordless phone just for conversation, that sounds good and is easy to use, you can't beat it. All that and at an excellent price from a brand leader.
