A boon for the non-technical
(5 out of 5) by Bluebell on May 22, 2006 (UK)I struggled for a couple of months to get a D-Link Wireless router to remain stable and not keep leaving me with no Internet connection until my technically-minded brother-in-law could come and sort things out again. Being a long-term fan of Apple products (and having Apple computers) I bought an Airport Extreme base station and my problems were solved. It was easy to install-it took a few minutes-and has been working seamlessly for months. The base-station may be more expensive than other similar devices, but the emotional energy saved for the non-techically-minded is worth every penny: and it looks very stylish too.
