I bought the charger, which i thought was a bit on the expensive side. the batteries were to be used in the cannon s2 which i bought at the same time. the online reviews say that the s2 can take up to 550 shots on one charge, but with super charging the battereis the first few times, (charge them for at least 7+ hours and making sure they are totally drained by constantly turning on camera till it will not respond) i managed over 700 shots along with downloads and reviews! the charger is nice and small and comes with a european plug also (2 pin)which is handy on holiday. well worth the money
