I am about to purchase another one of these. I originally bought one 2 years ago to use with my work laptop (I'm using it now) and a Logitech MX700 for my desktop, but have found the MX700 too big and heavy for my liking. Now I'm replacing my desktop with a laptop, I want another one of these. Very accurate, smooth, and light to use. I particularly like the carrying case when you are slinging it in a laptop bag, and the on/off switch on the bottom. I think there is timer that turns it off if you don't touch the mouse for a while, but I've gotten into the habit of switching it off if I am going to be away from the computer for a while. Regardless, I can't complain at all about the battery life. I couldn't find any recently released mice that were as good as this one - no case, or you had to plug the dongle into the body to switch it off, or too big. This one is perfect for me and I can't recommend it enough.
