This is definately a perfect headset, the sound quality is better than your bose surround sound speakers (to my ear anyway) and online gaming does not mean that this mike "lags" up, it works fully with everything I have tried it with and without any sort of testing for the mike and it works perfectly. In counter strike the quality is not bad but you cannot get great ones on there anyway.
I would say a best buy...definately get it if you are into gaming o just chating over the internet and want to look cool with this fancy piece of equipment.

After trying out and using this product I can undoubtably say that this is a brilliant headset. The sound quality is crystal clear and provides a more involving sound experience that normal PC speakers. The microphone fails to dissapoint and does not break up or lag, making it perfect for FPS or other online games. I highly reccomend this product for people who are serious about gaming but reluctant to blow £50-£60 on a larger and more expensive headset. However, dispite the fantastic sound quality, the ear pieces can irritate and become uncomfortable to wear after longer periods of use. In addition to that, the neck strap is much to long and extends far beyond the back of your head. This then means that you need to either just wear the two ear phones or wear them so far forewards that the speakers are no longer covering your ears. But overall, they are a fantastic piece of equipment which throughly enhances online gameplay and provide the additional edge over your oppenents. An absolute essential to anyone who enjoys online gaming and just want to look cool in this sophisticated product.
